Chili Corned Tuna Laing
Ingredients:
•1 can Corned Tuna
•1 can coconut milk
•2 pcs. sileng labuyo, sliced
•2 cups gabi leaves
•1 tsp sliced ginger
•1 small red onion julienned
•2 cloves garlic minced
•20g dried shrimps chopped roughly
•1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
1.Sautee onions, garlic, chilis and dried shrimps in oil
2.Add Corned Tuna and continue sauteing for 2-3 minutes
3.Pour in coconut milk and simmer
4.Once simmering, add gabi leaves and ginger and simmer until leaves wilt
5.Season with salt and pepper
