Corned Tuna Baked Mac


Ingredients:

•3 cups elbow macaroni
•1 can Corned Tuna
•1/4 tbsp oregano
•3 tbsps unsalted butter
•1/4 cup flour
•2 cups milk
•1 chopped white onion
•3 cloves minced garlic
•1/2 cup cheddar cheese
•1 cup provolone cheese
•2 tsps paprika
•1 tbsp olive oil
•Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

1.Cook macaroni to package instructions
2.Melt butter and cook flour until in it until coated. Pour in milk and whisk to form roux
3.Mix in 3/4 grated cheddar and provolone cheese until melted and set aside
4.Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil
5.Add Corned Tuna and continue sauteing for 2-3 mins
6.Add the macaroni and cheese sauce and season with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika
7.Place in a baking pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-30 mins in 350 deg F oven until cheese melts and browns a bit
