Tuna Open-Faced Tea Sandwiches





Ingredients:

1 loaf French bread sliced into
1/2 inch thick pieces
½ cup olive oil
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cans (184 grams) Tuna Chunks in Vegetable Oil,
drained
½ cup chopped onions
garnish paprika, chopped
bell peppers,
sliced radish and parsley


Procedure:

Brush olive oil on cut-side of bread slices. Toast lightly in an oven for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, whip together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold in tuna and onions. Top over toasted bread and garnish with paprika, chopped bell peppers, radish and parsley.
